I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room had a terrific view of the lake and looked clean, offering a comfortable experience. Although the soundproofing could be better, it was still alright. The service was friendly, including a welcome drink and assistance with tours and tickets. The location was perfect for a quiet evening walk, near the Spree river in Berlin's Köpenick district but a bit far from the city center. Dining was excellent with a room overlooking the river at great value. The facilities were opulent, enhancing my overall experience.

The separate building about 200 meters from the reception and restaurant meant a bit of a walk, and I could hear noises from the next-door room, which was slightly bothersome.
